Q. How do I determine what size strap to order?
A. Find the width of your strap by measuring the distance between the lugs, where your strap attaches to your watch. To determine the length, measure the circumference of your wrist.
5.0" = 95/65mm 7.0" = 125/80mm
5.25" = 100/65mm 7.25" = 130/80mm
5.5" = 100/70mm 7.5" = 135/80mm
5.75" = 105/70mm 7.75" = 135/85mm
6.0" = 110/70mm 8.0" = 140/85mm
6.25" = 115/70mm 8.25" = 145/85mm
6.5" = 115/75mm 8.5" = 150/90mm
6.75" = 120/75mm 8.75" = 155/90mm
Q. What if my size isn't listed?
Q. How do I place a custom order?
A. Contact me at sales@stonecreekstraps.com. I will work with you one-on-one to create your desired strap. When necessary, an illustration of your strap can be created prior to fabrication.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. All straps are made-to-order and could take up to seven weeks for shipment. Some exceptions do apply, and you will be notified if any delays are expected.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. All buckles are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. This excludes damage from excessive changing or any other abuse. If your buckle fails during this period, a replacement will be delivered free of charge. All straps are custom and made-to-order, and as such, all sales are final. However, as customer satisfaction is my number one priority, if you are not happy with your strap, please contact me, and I will work with you to resolve any issues.
Additional Comments:
Please keep in mind that Stone Creek Straps are entirely handmade from leather, which may have natural variations in color, texture and wear. As such, there may be slight differences from strap to strap, and possibly very minor imperfections.
